Fulfillment is a logistic model ensuring order handling from A to Z - from warehousing, through order picking, checking whether the goods conform to the order, dispatch and delivery to the recipient, to handling returns and complaints. In practice, it looks like the customer delivers his goods to us. We integrate with his online shop or platforms through which he conducts sales, and the moment the order is received, we prepare the parcel and send it to the specified address of the recipient, at home or abroad.
Additionally, in Novazone, as part of the fulfillment service, we can make the goods in our warehouse available on popular sales platforms in Poland or in the offer of other online shops with which we cooperate. In this way our customers, in addition to logistical support, gain the opportunity to increase sales of their goods.

Dropshipping is a logistics model in which goods are shipped directly from a wholesaler's warehouse after they have been purchased in an online shop by an individual customer. So there is no need to rent a warehouse or invest in products before selling them.

Omnichannel, or multichannel sales, is a holistic approach that integrates all online and offline sales channels to ensure a high standard of service, resulting in greater customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Cross-docking is a distribution system whereby the storage of goods is omitted. In practice, this means that goods are delivered to a warehouse, then transshipped and shipped to the final recipient.

System integration is a method of creating automatic communication between our client's online shop and our warehouse system. This way you do not have to manually add orders in our customer panel.

The Warehouse Manager application is a system that enables our customers to view their stock and manage their orders from any place and at any time. The application automatically transfers all orders between the webshop and our warehouse. With the app, all orders can be tracked online in real time and you can see what is currently happening with your order.
